Fixed press PM65-40

Fixed press PM65-40 allows the manufacture of a wide variety of products, on wood panels.
Every day between 300 and 400 panels are made, or 200 panels for TRIEF cobblestones.
To determine the daily production, simply multiply this number by the number of blocks (or cobblestones, etc.) that is produced by operation.
Example: 4 TRIEF cobblestones are produced per panel, so: 4 x 200 = 800 per day.

PM60-45 can be equipped with a hopper or a drawer. There is also a set with a demolding table and a hopper dedicated to TRIEF cobblestones production.

The advantage of the drawer is to enable faster filling of the mold; so it increases production.
The hopper, during the manufacture of interlocking paving standard offers the possibility of using a basic concrete in the first filling operation/vibration, and then using a colored concrete for the final filling. This allows you to make color tiles at lower cost.

The PM60-45 features two single-phase vibrators 220V - 0,55kWh OR two three-phase electric vibrators 220/380V - 0,55kWh.
